To select the p tag that contains image we use $(‘p:has(img)’) jquery selector. There is no hasnot function in jquery. But using jquery .not function we can do that. $(‘p:not(:has(img))’);

$(‘p:has(img)’) will select the p tags that has image inside it. Now think you want to add another condition to select p tags that contains iframe. It’s also very simple :has supports comma selection. $(‘p:has(img,iframe)’)

Using jquery function wrap, we can create the div wrapper over p tag. But we expecting to create the wrap for group of p tags. So wrapAll function is the most useful function to do the task. Example: Lorem.. Lorem.. Lorem.. $(‘p’).wrapAll(”); Result: Lorem.. Lorem.. Lorem..
